Return & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their product(s). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale & Promotional Items: Excluded and subject to our standard return/exchange policy.

 


 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before processing for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately not possible.

 


 

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original selling condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.

  • Products must be returned in their original boxes and in one single package.

  • Return shipments must use the same shipping method as the original delivery.

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only from the country to which the order was shipped.

  • Customised items are non-returnable.

  • Returns/exchanges are not free of charge; import duties and shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, certain jewellery, make-up, and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear may only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact.

  • Naturally, any faulty items can be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration. If we propose to reject a return or exchange, you may opt to have the product returned to you at your own expense.

 


 

How to Return an Item or Entire Order

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return, providing:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or video of any faulty product

Step 2: Place your receipt and the items in their original packaging.

Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Place all copies in the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without sealing it. These documents are required for customs clearance.

Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After the courier has verified the return shipment, close the package securely.

 


 

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your package reaches us, please allow up to 14 days (depending on peak periods) for processing.

  • If the return does not meet the stated conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Once accepted, a confirmation email will be sent, and your refund will be processed promptly.
